This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Computer Specialist. The Personal Computer Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting computer issues, supporting printers, and assisting with help desk support. The role is primarily located in Nashville, TN, but allows for some remote work.
Qualifications
Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
Experience with operating systems, LAN, Networks, Windows Servers
Knowledge and expertise in printers
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Relevant certifications in computer support or related field are a plus
Travel to clients locations anytime to solve PC, Network issues
